Yahoo for Triathlons!!!

So I finally did another triathlon and it was absolutely awesome!!! I did it with one of my good friends, Susie Dover (this was her first--yahoo for Susie!) and she did AWESOME!

I was seriously so happy/excited the entire time I was racing that I couldn't stop smiling! (sorry the picture is sideways--I'm too lazy to change it!)

I had THE BEST cheering section! Honestly, it wouldn't have been nearly as fun without my cute kids, and our other little friends, cheering me on!

Couldn't have done it without Ryan! He was spectacular about supporting me and helping me get ready...he's much better than I when it comes to the particulars (especially with bikes!) Yahoo for Ryan!

OK, first of all, how awesome do you look in Spandex? ;) Seriously. And second of all--Way to go on your triathlon!!! You are amazing!!! We would have been there cheering you on for shizzle (I would have been the one in the cheerleading outfit) Maybe next year you could come out to Austin for the CapTexTri?

I can't keep up with all of your posting... you really put my blog to shame. We should totally do a triathlon together sometime. I did my first one last month and loved it. Way to go! YAHOO for triathlons.

Wowzer! Kudos to you! Keep it up! We'd love to be cheering for you up here. I'll be on the lookout for the races in this area that you can enter. We'd have a great time cheering you on. And thanks so much for figuring out how to post pictures. This is so fun.

By the way, where were you racing? There was a lot of green grass and there were green trees. Were you up in the hills somewhere? What were the temperatures? I have horrid thoughts of you running and biking in those awful temperatures over 100 degrees. Tell us more.
